A Tickler on Denise Evans Book Coming To A Neighbor Near You….June 26, 2023

Uncategorized
I have known Denise for nearly 15 years or more and I know her forthcoming book will be as fabulous as she is. I can't tell you how many times I have had her working me through an emotional issue that the root of it was buried and I could not find even a thread to pull it to the surface.....Denise found it....surfaced it....and we took care of it within a matter of minutes...... I am You. We are very much the same.  My hopes and dreams for my life, and for my family, and for the world are probably very much like yours. True peace seems nowhere to be found in our increasingly complicated, busy world, and in our equally busy, complicated personal lives. I wrote this book as a bridge, a bridge for you to find your way between how you aspire for your life to be and the reality...

Meditation Increases Healthy Intestinal Bacteria and Reduces Risk of Cardiovascular Disease: Study

Uncategorized
Just a suggestion from me: Not everyone can sit and meditate, I am one of those. However I was told many years ago that it is not necessary to just sit and quiet your mind. Anything that puts you into kinda a Zen feeling works. For me my family always knew when the house looked like the maids of the White House had come into clean I was in full meditation mode and I was getting all my answers to the questions that were plaguing my sanity and my sleep. Try it...gaze outside and get lost in watching the birds, squirrels, deer and you will get lost in thought and you will be on your way to meditating. If you can do it by sitting with hands on knees .... fantastic.!!!!! As a religious practice, meditation has been around for thousands of years in the East. It has also received wid...

Avoid These 5 Types of Food to Prevent Hair Loss

Uncategorized
Hair loss is a prevalent issue in modern society, and it can be caused by various factors, including long COVID. In addition to medical reasons, diet can also contribute to hair loss. Chen Hsin Hung, the director of Taiwan’s Joyful HAN Chinese Medicine Clinic and a hair care and growth specialist, recently shared five foods with The Epoch Times that can potentially damage hair and cause hair loss. 1. High Sugar Content Sugar is a significant source of energy that is vital for the metabolic growth of human cells. According to traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), the sweetness in sugar can enter the spleen, and a moderate amount of sweetness can help to invigorate the spleen and enhance digestion. However, consuming too many carbohydrates can trigger insulin release in the bl...

Tonsils: Silent Gatekeepers of Immunity, Ways to Heal Them (Part 1)

Uncategorized
Divinely Endowed Immunity (The Epoch Times) Our tonsils are soft, oval-shaped nodes, neither flesh nor fat, that stand like bodyguards at the place where the outside enters our insides. They work tirelessly to protect us against viruses and germs that enter through the air we breathe and the food we eat. Most people only know that sometimes doctors remove tonsils to resolve a problem, such as chronic tonsillitis. Rarely are the potential consequences of this procedure described and neither is the essential role the tonsils play. Summary of Key Facts Tonsils are a part of the lymphatic system that form a ring-like gatekeeper structure in the throat. Because of their strategic importance in our immune system, tonsils have both “gatekeeper” and “messenger” roles. Tonsi...

From Adolescence to Adulthood: Responsibilities Trump Rites

Uncategorized
Marking the moments that turn adolescents into adults The online Britannica defines a rite of passage as a “ceremonial event, existing in all historically known societies, that marks the passage from one social or religious status to another.” In the same article, the authors offer more specifics: “Many of the most important and common rites of passage are connected with the biological crises, or milestones, of life—birth, maturity, reproduction, and death—that bring changes in social status and, therefore, in the social relations of the people concerned. Other rites of passage celebrate changes that are wholly cultural, such as initiation into societies composed of people with special interests—for example, fraternities.” In Western culture, a good many of the...

Can a Dental Infection Cause a Massive Heart Attack?

Uncategorized
Find a dentist that will not do a root canal, they are not the best option for your long term health. I have a phenomenal dentist, Dr. Mark Mancin I found him after moving to Missouri from Michigan and I have been with him ever since. I was blessed by the God's that when I decided on the company ReNew that would do my full mouth restoration, unbeknown to me at the time Dr. Andrew, Dr. Mancin's son would be doing my surgery. I will always believe that my decision was heavenly ordained. For literally hundreds of years now, the idea that a dental infection could seed, initiate, and promote virtually all chronic degenerative diseases has been hotly debated in the medical and dental communities, often with much more passion and hyperbole than with science. This “debate” continues today, a...

Does the Sun Cause or Prevent Cancer?

Uncategorized
Where people get into trouble is they either want to slather toxins called sunscreen all over themselves then sit in the hot sun so those toxins are then driven into their bodies through their skin, which is your bodies biggest eliminative organ....however it also is the biggest organ to absorb. Our bodies can't process 3-4-5 hours of constant tanning, the amount of rays damages the liver mainly because it is too big a load for the body to process. If you want a tan do it wisely each day as your body can handle it. God gave us the sun not only to grow our foods, to warm us, to keep us healthy and unfortunately we once again relied on the myths of the medical profession to take this valuable source away from us. Now here is the article.... Over the past few decades, people hav...

Coffee Versus Tea: Which Is Better for Your Hydration?

Uncategorized
Staying Hydrated According to the National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine (NASEM), about 20 percent of the fluid we take in every day comes from food and the rest from beverages. Generally, the NASEM recommends women get about 2.7 liters of fluid daily and men about 3.7 liters per day. Naturally, intake also depends on weight (a 95-pound woman needs less than one who weighs 160 pounds), activity level, and life stage. You can refer to a hydration calculator to help you determine your specific needs. In addition to water, many other beverages can count toward your daily fluid needs. Some of them include tea, coffee, sparkling water, milk and plant-based beverages, kombucha, and coconut water. Alcohol is dehydrating, so it doesn’t co...

Your Mind, Habits, and Food Can Trigger Cytokines That Fire up Inflammation-How to Change

Uncategorized
Dr. David Hanscom and 10 co-authors discuss this problem—and its many critical dimensions—in a white paper called “Lowering Inflammation Lengthens Life.” Among other points in the paper, they highlight that the main danger with COVID-19 wasn’t the rate of infection, but its “high potential to trigger a fatal, inflammatory response.” That response came in the form of a cytokine storm. Cytokines are small proteins used for cell signaling. They play a variety of roles in the body, but one of the most important—and problematic—is their role in activating an immune response. In this role, you can think of cytokines as little signal flares that are sent out to tell other elements of the immune system where to fire. In a cytokine storm, too many of these little proteins congregate...

Lyme: The Government Has Been Making Bugs More Deadly

Uncategorized
It mimics the symptoms of multiple sclerosis, arthritis, chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, and even Alzheimer’s disease, yet it’s hard to detect because its corkscrew-shaped form allows it to burrow into and hide in your tissues. Now an epidemic out of control, did it too come from the U.S. biological weapons program? Story at-a-Glance In her book, “Bitten: The Secret History of Lyme Disease and Biological Weapons,” Kris Newby reviews the circumstantial evidence suggesting the organism that causes Lyme disease may originally have been developed as a biological weapon. An estimated 476,000 Americans are diagnosed with and treated for Lyme disease each year, and prevalence is rising. Lyme disease is transmitted by ticks (and sometimes other biting insects) infected with the bacteri...
