Lower Vitamin D Levels Linked to Risk of COVID

I would like to add a few things before you actually read the article published by Epoch Times.

Virus can’t do any harm by themself….they have to have a willing host, and that host shows up in …..

  1. An acidic body
  2. A sluggish colon (not excreting toxins on a timely basis. If you are eating three meals a day and having bowel movements twice a week you are seriously building a toxic overload and that overload will keep the door of your body wide open for a health challenge just waiting for a home)
  3. Over consumption of refined sugars (and these include simple carbs….potato chips, ice cream, doritos, taco chips…..processed meats, alcohol….and anything else your body will deem as a toxic substance.

More than 85% of our immune system lies within our colon. Psychiatrists now believe that it is actually our second brain and they will treat with probiotics to calm the intestinal area so they can then address the brain.

This system must have a strong Ph balance and when that balance is severely affected by the above #3 we become a willing host to any pathogen waiting to be seated at our table.

Our immune system, if we allow it, is all powerful and is designed to keep us healthy. We can’t continuously suppress it with sugars, alcohol, drugs, etc., without building it up and keeping it clean. We have to allow the immune system to grow and get strong. Keep a balance of acid and alkalinity at all times. Eat the foods rich in vitamins and minerals and those that will enhance your ability to push the toxins out on a very timely basis.

We get many taps on the shoulder when we are getting sick….scratchy throat, slight headache, more fatigue, loss of appetite and when those taps are ignored we suffer the consequences. As soon as these taps appear it is your signal to alkaline your system. Some people start juicing right away, some take hot lemon water, some instinctively know to stop the sugars and to add building foods…warm easily digested foods like homemade soup, bone broth, chicken broth, vegetable broth anything that is easily digested and hot.

This is the time you add the extra Vitamin C (I like the buffered type simply because if you take too much Vitamin C you can turn on what we call the Hershey squirts….however if you are backed up this is not a bad idea…

This is my regimen when I feel I am starting something…..(I usually do Oil of Oregano if I have had several sick people coming ….2 capsules and hot tea and I am good to go, it has always worked for me)

Daily consumption of Vitamin D3 and probiotics will go along way in keeping you healthy. Lemons are the only citrus fruit that will turn completely alkaline once it enters your body….hot lemon water will help melt the phlegm in your throat and in your gut.

To reach homeostasis (balance) your gut Ph must be between 7.35 and 7.45. You can get a balance kit at any Sprouts, Natural Grocer, Trader Joe’s. They are strips of coated paper you can pee on them in the morning (never your first pee of the morning, do on the second one) or you can lick the paper and wait a few moments and it will turn color, match the color to the color chart and you will always know where your levels are at. Remember, if you have a meal high in acid containing food and do the test right after it will register at a very low number, the same for a alkaline meal. So wait awhile after a meal to do the testing)

An acidic body is a breeding ground for anything…..a alkaline body will not grow harmful invaders……HOWEVER the colon must be balanced with enough acid to digest and enough alkalinity to keep the gases from forming and allowing the body to rid itself of harmful toxins and to line the walls with health. I always ask if your are taking a strong probiotic and I advise everyone if they need a daily boost to buy Colon Cleanse.
